Data Sources & Signals

GrowthFlowEngineering combines internal operational data, ValueLogs primitives, and external intelligence to power AAA, ValuationOps, IRI, ValueLogs, and the GFE-Skill System.

Internal Signals

  • ERP / Finance systems: Revenue, cost, billing, and cashflow metrics feed ValuationOps dashboards (RevenueOps, EBITDAOps, CashflowOps, FreeCashFlowOps).
  • CRM / Revenue platforms: Pipeline stages, win rates, churn, and customer tagging help us map revenue impact to service pilots.
  • ValueLogs: The primary work log capturing StartTime, EndTime, Activity, ProofOfActivity, and LEOtags (Learning/Earning/Org Building) for every team involved.
  • Skill tuples: The GFE-Skill System tracks Marketing, Sales, and Finance proficiencies derived from ValueLogs learning-time and ProofOfActivity.

External Signals

  • GrowthFlowAI prompts: Gemini 2.5 Flash + Flash Lite surfaces strategy-related intelligence, competitor tracking, and regulatory updates.
  • Public market data: Revenue comps, analyst notes, and macro signals provide context for StoryOps narratives.
  • Security & compliance feeds: SOC2, ISO, and regulatory alerts feed the IRI exposure heatmap.

Measurement & Provenance

Every KPI or automation insight includes provenance metadata:

  1. Source system: CRM, ERP, ValueLogs, GrowthFlowAI.
  2. Timestamp: When the signal was generated or updated.
  3. Owner: Which team or automation agent produced the data.
  4. Proof: Documents, dashboards, or AI responses attached to the ValueLogs entry.

This provenance ensures ValuationOps KPIs remain trustworthy and that StoryOps narratives can point to concrete evidence.

Refresh & Governance

  • Data refresh cadence: ValueLogs entries sync every 15 minutes; other KPIs align with your finance/BI refresh schedule.
  • Governance: All sources are governed by AAA guardrails and IRI risk policies. We log ingestion events, monitor schema drift, and run periodic audits.
  • Security: Keys and secrets live in Netlify env vars (GEMINI_API_KEY, pipeline hooks) with least privilege access.
