GrowthFlowEngineering respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you review our documentation, join a service engagement, or share ValueLogs, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Data We Collect
- Account information: Name, role, email, company, preferred contact channel.
- Engagement data: ValueLogs entries, ProofOfActivity, KPI dashboards, and StoryOps narratives you share during onboarding or retros.
- Usage data: Documentation views, support requests, and automation script telemetry (logs, errors, execution time).
- Analytics & cookies: GA4 identifiers, consent preferences, and anonymized metrics collected via cookie consent.
How We Use Data
- Deliver Services: Understand your workflows, surface risks (IRI), measure ValuationOps KPIs, and tune ValueLogs.
- Improve GrowthFlowAI: Feedback loops refine our prompts and orchestration guardrails.
- Communicate: Send service updates, build summaries, policy changes, or scheduling notes.
Sharing & Third Parties
We may share anonymized KPIs with partners, use GrowthFlowAI proxies (Gemini 2.5 Flash + Flash Lite), and send notifications via email/SMS providers under strict contracts. We never sell personal data.
Storage & Retention
Data is stored in Netlify, your enterprise systems, or collaboration tools you authorize. ValueLogs and KPI proofs remain for the duration of the engagement plus six months unless you request deletion.
Your Rights

Updates
We may update this policy when new services or regulations emerge. The date at the top indicates the last revision. We notify clients via email and the documentation footer.
