  • Support Desk: Invite-only Slack or Teams workspace for live troubleshooting, shared ValueLogs reviews, and automation monitoring.
  • Weekly Office Hours: Drop in Mondays & Thursdays for KPI check-ins, ValueLogs support, or GrowthFlowAI tuning.

Engagement Teams

  1. Engagement Lead: Your primary point of contact (email and Slack). Coordinates AAA audits, ValuationOps dashboards, and strategy sessions.
  2. ValueLogs Coach: Helps orchestrate ValueLogs rituals, monitors LEOtag consistency, and surfaces learning wins for the GFE-Skill System.
  3. GrowthFlowAI Engineer: Manages GrowthFlowAI prompts, proxies, and the automation runbooks.
  4. Research & Insights Partner: Writes StoryOps narratives, IRI readiness reports, and audit summaries.

Escalations

  • Service-level disruptions: Report via Slack with #support + tag @lead. Provide ValueLogs entry IDs or automation run identifiers.
  • Security or compliance concerns: Email security@growthflowengineering.xyz with summaries and affected KPIs.
  • Analytics/SEO gaps: Use npm run verify:seo and share the JSON report; we will review canonical tags, sitemaps, and schema updates.
