Getting Started with GrowthFlowEngineering
Launching an engagement with GrowthFlowEngineering is structured, collaborative, and human-first. We partner with medium and large enterprises to embed our five IPs (AAA, ValuationOps, IRI, ValueLogs, GFE-Skill System) into your operating rhythm.
Step 1 — Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment
- Book a discovery call through Support@growthflowengineering.xyz or the scheduling portal.
- Share your priorities (top revenue objectives, efficiency gaps, risk exposures, skill aspirations).
- Map stakeholders across finance, product, marketing, operations, and compliance who need to be part of the transformation conversation.
- Set success metrics aligned to ValuationOps KPIs so everyone agrees on what value looks like.
Step 2 — AAA Diagnostic Sprint
We kick off with an AAA audit workshop:
- Audit your systems, data sources, workflows, and tooling to capture where AI can deliver the most reliable impact.
- Align your leadership narratives with a shared automation thesis and governance checklist.
- Automate early experiments by deploying GrowthFlowAI agents, playbooks, and orchestration scaffolding with human review points.
A working session summary includes gap maps, automation pipelines, and the AAA transformation schedule.
Step 3 — Baseline with ValueLogs & IRI
Before scaling automation, we baseline effort and risk:
- ValueLogs captures StartTime, EndTime, Activity, ProofOfActivity, and LEOtag entries so we understand who is doing what, how long it takes, and when learning happens.
- IRI (Internal Risk Index) computes capability readiness, exposure heatmaps, and the love feed signals from ValueLogs plus interviews.
These instruments deliver data that fuels ValuationOps dashboards and informs whether automation is ready to scale.
Step 4 — Activate AI & Monitor Value
With baselines in place:
- Launch GrowthFlowAI models orchestrated against the AAA automation pipeline.
- Instrument ValuationOps dashboards to track RevenueOps, CashflowOps, EBITDAOps, FreeCashFlowOps, and StoryOps KPIs.
- Log every automation step back into ValueLogs (Activity + ProofOfActivity) to compare human vs AI effort.
- Use the GFE-Skill System to surface skill shifts in Marketing, Sales, and Finance, driven by LEOtag learning time.
Step 5 — Continuous Learning & StoryOps
We keep momentum with StoryOps narratives and learning rituals:
- Highlight wins, risks, and sentiment in monthly StoryOps briefings.
- Encourage ValueLogs entries tagged with Learning to feed the GFE-Skill System.
- Adjust automation orchestration using the insights from ValuationOps and IRI reports.
