End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective date: 1 December 2025

This EULA governs your access to growthflowengineering.xyz documentation, GrowthFlowAI tools, and supporting resources. By using the site, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the documentation for internal evaluation, onboarding, and research related to GrowthFlowEngineering services.
2. Restrictions: Do not redistribute proprietary scripts, automation pipelines, or GrowthFlowAI prompt templates without written permission. Do not use the documentation to train other AI models.
3. Ownership: GrowthFlowEngineering retains all rights to the content, component code, and GrowthFlowAI assets.
4. Disclaimer: The documentation is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on this content. Always consult your Engagement Lead for operational decisions.
5. Termination: If you violate the EULA, we may revoke access to the documentation or GrowthFlowAI proxies.

For commercial engagements, a separate statement of work is required.
