Introduction

AAA (Audit · Align · Automate)

IRI (Internal Risk Index)

IRI is your enterprise full-body checkup. It measures:

ValueLogs is the primitive that records how work happens today:

  • Activity: what was done, in whose context.
  • ProofOfActivity: documents, recordings, or outputs attached to the log.
  • LEOtag: GrowthFlow tag that classifies the work as Learning, Earning, or Org Building.

These logs create a consistent baseline to measure AI-driven efficiency gains and ensure every team member’s effort is visible.

GFE-Skill System

The GFE-Skill System maps Marketing, Sales, and Finance skill tuples across your organization. It integrates with ValueLogs so learning time feeds the skills dashboard, gaps guide coaching, and progress aligns with AAA automation waves.

  1. Learning signals (LEOtag = Learning) update the skill ledger.
  2. Task proficiency emerges from ValueLogs narratives and ProofOfActivity evidence.
  3. Skill + AI pairings inform what automation should augment versus what humans should continue to own.
