ValuationOps
ValuationOps is the parent operating model that connects operational systems to enterprise value.
The canonical public execution family today is RevenueOps. Future families such as EBITDAOps, CashFlowOps, FCFOps, StoryOps, and the Valuation layer will follow the same structure when their public specs are ready.

The public chain used on this site
The Website explains the operating chain conceptually:
ValueLog → Task → Process → KPI → OKR → ValuationOps → Enterprise Value
This chain is useful on the Website because it shows how work evidence can connect upward into operating outcomes and valuation logic.
It does not mean this repo defines the constitutional semantics of each layer.
What this layer means in services work today
Inside GFE services, ValuationOps helps leadership connect redesign work to enterprise value instead of treating operations as a detached back-office system.
It provides a way to ask:
- which operating family is moving value
- which KPI layer matters most right now
- where process redesign will have the strongest economic effect
Where canonical semantics live
This Website explains ValuationOps as a GTM and thought-leadership surface. Skill Spec remains the constitutional source where canon matters.

These family paths stay visible as roadmap markers, but they are not public routes until the supporting specs and pages are published.
