Human×AI Readiness Index (HARI): 12 pillars (6 human, 6 AI) scored 0–5; produces Primary, Human, AI scores (0–100) plus critical gaps.

How it works

1. Survey + interview + artifact checks per pillar.
2. Floor rule caps score when A2/A5/H5 are weak.
3. Dashboard: pillar heatmap, department leaderboard, workflow risk matrix, 90‑day NOW/NEXT/LATER.
